About Us

We are a group of Muslims in East London, U.K. following the Qur'aan and the Sunnah, upon the understanding of the Salaf-us-Saalih (the Pious Predecessors). They (the Pious Predecessors) are the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam), the Taabi'een and the Atba Taabi'een. As the Prophet (Sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said in an authentic hadeeth: "The best of mankind is my generation (the Companions), then those who come after them (the Taabi'een), then those who come after them (Atba Taabi'een)."  Reported by Bukhaari and Muslim.

Our aim is to call the people to the Salafi da'wah, which is the Qur'aan and the Sunnah, pure and free from any additions, deletions and alterations; just as those first three generations of Muslims understood and implemented it. And to connect the people to the Major Scholars and their students, based upon the statement of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), “Indeed, the Scholars are the inheritors of the Prophets. They do not leave behind Dinaar or Dirham; but rather they leave behind knowledge. Whoever acquires it, has indeed acquired an abundant portion (of the inheritance).” (Reported by Imaam Ahmad and authenticated by Shaykh al-Albaani in Jaami' As-Saheeh)

We have an established weekly class on Friday evenings in which people have been benefiting from for many years. Over the years we have been studying important books of 'Aqeedah (creed), which the scholars have recommended every Muslim to study. We have studied "Qawlul Mufeed fee adillahit-Tawheed" (Beneficial Sayings regarding the evidences of Tawheed) authored by The Noble Scholar of Yemen, Shaykh Muhammad Ibn 'Abdil Wahhaab al-Wasaabi (Hafidhahullaah), with our Noble Brother Abu Naasir Abid.

We have also completed "Thalaathatul Usool" (Three Fundamental Principles) authored by Shaykhul-Islaam Muhammad Ibn 'Abdil Wahhaab (Rahimahullaah), using the explanations of the Major Scholars, such as Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Saalih al'Uthaymeen, Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan, Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhali, with our Noble Brother Hassan as-Somali. We have also been studying "Kitaabut Tawheed" which is also authored by Shaykhul-Islaam Muhammad Ibn 'Abdil Wahhaab (Rahimahullaah), and All Praise is due to Allaah.

On Friday evenings we are studying the book "Thalaathatul Usool -The Three Fundamental Principles" (which we have studied before) By the Scholar, the Reviver Shaykh Muhammad Ibn 'Abdil Wahhaab (Rahimahullaah), with our brother Abu 'Umar Faruq (Hafidhahullaah).
